Happy Wednesday!

Today in Math we started a "nombre du jour" activity to review the place value of large and small numbers. Using a 10-sided die, we created a number and then used this number to answer the rest of the questions on our sheet.

We'll be working through a few more "nombres du jour" over the next couple of weeks so that we feel confident about place value as we move into fractions and new Math concepts. Fun! :)

1. "La paix" poems - students who were away before winter break are asked to please have the good copy of their "la paix" text completed by Friday of this week. Mme Careen will be in her room tomorrow (Thursday) at 12:15 for students who need additional time to revise and edit their text.
