Week One and Two Task Review

Week One and Two Task Review

Below is a list of learning tasks from the last two weeks that I would like to wrap up by the end of this week, if possible. As we move forward into learning new concepts and completing new tasks, sifting through the backlog starts to get tricky.
I will still assess everything that comes in, but with shifting focus to newer items, I may not respond or give feedback to older items as quickly. And, as we move ahead, it is important to have a foundation for what is coming next.

FRANÇAIS
Listening activities: La poule, Vraiment Top 1, Vraiment Top 2.
Biography: three body paragraphs, edited with attention to verb conjugation
CFOO #8: Créativité speech
Daily reading: Logging in to the "Je lis" site to read along with the books at your suggested start level. (This activity will be ongoing for as long as we are learning from home. Please be sure you have logged in and have started reading DAILY).

MATHÉ
Calcul mental: 2 questions 2 ways (green sheet)
Concepts - PEDMAS: We did a lot of work with PEDMAS, but taking photos of all of the sheets is not necessary. After correcting your work with the answers posted in Showbie, please message me if there are certain questions you would like to review for clarification.

SCIENCE
Exploration of TinyBop. Have you responded to Mme Careen about whether or not you can access the site from a computer (desktop or laptop)? If not, please read the information posted in Showbie and respond ASAP!

**All of these items have been previously explained on our blog and are posted in Showbie. With the exception of daily French reading which is completed and tracked through the "Je lis" site, these tasks can be submitted in Showbie via: photo, text note, voice note, video, writing directly on the posted photo/document (if applicable). Please choose the method that allows you to submit your best work. If you have any questions, please add a note to Showbie, or send me an email. Thanks! :)

** Special message from Mme Vuignier:

I am still looking to connect with quite a few of you in our Showbie Phys Ed. group. If you haven't already done so, please add yourself to: 6e année EP - Class Code: AVG8D

**Special message from Mlle Bees

Salut 6-4!
Mlle Bees
The above is a message for all students from our guidance counsellor Mlle Bees about how our class can connect with her on Showbie. If you have any questions for her, don’t hesitate to send her an e-mail (karen.bees@sjasd.ca) }
